Do you install the video conferencing software or just the hardware?
We handle all physical installation - displays, cameras, speakers, microphones, and cabling. Software configuration (Zoom, Teams, Webex) is typically handled by your IT team or platform provider, but we ensure all hardware is connected and ready.
What video conferencing platforms do you support?
We install hardware for any platform - Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex, Google Meet, and others. The physical infrastructure (displays, cameras, cabling) is platform-agnostic.
Can you retrofit an existing meeting room with AV equipment?
Yes. We regularly add AV capabilities to existing rooms. We run cabling through walls and ceilings to keep everything clean and concealed.
Do you supply the equipment or just install it?
We can do either. We commonly install equipment you purchase, or we can source and supply displays, cameras, and audio equipment as part of the project.
How long does a boardroom AV installation take?
A single boardroom typically takes one day - display mounting, camera and speaker installation, and cabling. Larger projects with multiple rooms are scoped during your free assessment.
Can you install digital signage in our lobby?
Yes. We mount commercial displays, run power and network cabling, and connect the display to your network for remote content management.
Do you serve areas outside Toronto?
